Since we seem to be on a Stephen Colbert kick...

I was once again farting around on Youtube when I saw this. Prior to viewing this clip I have never seen Stephen really lose his composure. Sure he might chuckle from time to time, or pause for a second, but in his commentary regarding English antislander laws he completely loses it.
