Tony Jaa vs. Lateef Crowder

Once again it is time to take a break from politics. In this scene from "The Defender" Tony Jaa's rival (played by Lateef Crowder) is a Capoeira expert. This by far one of the best mixed martial arts scene ever as it showcases the extreme differences in self defense styles out there. The only complaints I have have to do with some cheesey elements like the word "pray" on Crowder's chest and the jaguar growl when Crowder tries to crush Tony. I feel those too things detract from an otherwise awesome fight scene.

Tony Jaa is an up and comming martial artist who specializes in Muay Thai and gymnastics. I chose this scene because it is done all in one shot which requires endurance on Tony's part, and intensive choreography.
