Soldiers complain about not being able to "engage" with kids that throw rocks

Listen to these soldiers whine about how they are "not authorized to engage these little bastards" who happen to be Iraqi children throwing rocks at these convoy trucks. For those of you who aren't up to par with military euphemisms, when you "engage" the enemy, you shoot them.
