The Conservative Answer to the Daily Show: The 1/2 Hour News Hour

Incredible, this managed to be less funny than Dennis Miller. Now that is an accomplishment. Listen to the forced laughter from the audience of six people. Seriously, I find Drew Carey and Kelsy Grammer more entertaining than this. This is a poor knock off of the Daily Show without the wit. Ironically, I find it funny that FNC feels that the Daily Show is somehow a mouth piece for the Democratic Party. Hardly, Jon Stewart makes fun of the spectacle of political theatre that somehow passes for discourse in this country. He asks pointed questions and makes fun of stupidity no matter what side of the aisle it comes from.

Contrast the thinly veiled racist jokes and hatchet job on Obama featured above to this immortal moment in history when Jon Stewart brought CNN's Crossfire to its knees, which ultimately was responsible for the cancellation of the show.
