Larry Silverstein: "Pull it."

In America Rebuilds, a PBS documentary, World Trade Center owner Larry Silverstein admits to giving the order to "pull" building seven. What is the significance of this, you may ask? It takes weeks to set up a controlled demolition and on 9-11, Mr. Silverstein did not have weeks of preparation unless he knew building needed to be brought down due to a terrorist attack ahead of time.
